Seats are limited. Make sure you reserve your ticket today.
This year’s Nebraska Conservation Summit will focus on the topic of climate change, and the interconnected ways that it could impact Nebraskans right here at home.
The Summit will explore the national security implications of climate change, as well as how it could impact food security and public health. The Honorable Dennis McGinn, Assistant Secretary of the Navy, will be the Keynote Presenter. He will discuss what the United States Military has been doing to prepare for the impacts of climate change, and how our national security is affected by climate change now and in the future.
Several of Nebraska’s most prominent voices on climate issues will also be featured at the event. We are excited that the Daugherty Water for Food Institute, the Nature Conservancy, and Creighton University have partnered with us on this event.
Make sure you reserve your spot at this year’s Nebraska Conservation Summit.
